Description

台南三號又稱「青仁黑豆」，是台灣黑豆第一個申請命名的品種。

青仁黑豆抗氧化強、花青素及維他命E含量高，高蛋白、低熱量，跟黃豆打成豆漿是完美搭配，也適合炒成黑豆茶。

豆類一直是素食者很重要的蛋白質來源，黑豆的蛋白質豐富，且含人體必需胺基酸，幫助維持健康及身體機能。

黑豆洗淨後浸泡的水富含花青素，可以一起加入烹煮。

黑豆上面會有一層霧霧的粉，是天然果實的豆莢果粉，並不是不新鮮。

為維持國產大豆的新鮮，開封後請存放冰箱並盡速食用完畢！
