晰穀特選印尼進口毛綠豆,是市面上品質最優良的毛綠豆且容易煮爛,非常適合當做綠豆湯的原料!
如果您買到油綠豆,會發現比較不易煮爛,而且水滾後會浮起殼,需要撈掉喔!

【美味的綠豆湯】
👉 大部分是綠豆,加一點大薏仁
👉 綠豆不能太爛但也不能硬,要有一點快開花🌸
👉 加冰糖跟黑糖,或是紅冰糖。我家老公覺得二砂尾韻會苦~冰糖的味道就是比較高雅(?)
我們家綠豆也不需要泡 (紅豆才要泡喔)
#清新高雅消暑懶人綠豆湯 作法:
1. 1.7杯綠豆+0.3杯大薏仁 清洗後放電子鍋,以煮粥模式加水與烹煮
2. 跳起後才加入冰糖
3. 再拿到爐上滾一次調整水量與甜度
建議盡量在2~3天內吃完比較新鮮!
有些人也喜歡吃小薏仁(大麥仁),大薏仁的口感比較Q;小薏仁會比較黏跟綿~
