無奈要賣花東米容易，但要找到一支好吃、品質穩定、又沒有混米的正港花東米實在不容易。

這支是來自花蓮光復鄉的台梗16號，口感軟Q，入口即化，除了煮香噴噴的白飯，也適合煮粥、泡飯。

香甜綿密，不用配菜就能吃的津津有味。深受老人家指名厚愛。

煮飯的時候米：水量約1：1~1.1(依個人喜好口感調整)

也可以先浸泡10-15分鐘會更香喔！
